- The Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) has provided the Union with a copy of the post-election report for the CFMEU Construction and General Division Divisional Branch elections conducted in 2016. A copy of that report is available from the Union or relevant Branch thereof, or from the AEC, on the request of a member who was eligible to vote in the election.
