I, Murray Furlong, General Manager of the Fair Work Commission, acting under section 323C of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009 (FWRO Act), appoint Mark Irving KC as the administrator of the scheme of administration of the Construction and General Division of the Construction, Forestry and Maritime Employees Union and each of its branches, as determined in the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) (CFMEU Construction and General Division Administration) Determination 2024.
