The CFMEU Administration has established a National Steering Committee comprised of the following people:

• Zach Smith, Vic/Tas, National Secretary
• Jared Abbott, Queensland/NT Branch Executive Officer
• Michael Crosby, NSW Branch Executive Officer (as of 16 June)
• Chris Christodoulou, NSW Deputy Branch Executive Officer
• Lucy Weber, Director of National Office, Legal and Industrial
• Travis Hera-Singh, South Australian Branch Executive Officer
• Michael Buchan, Western Australian Branch Secretary
• Ben Davison, ACT Acting Branch Executive Officer

The Committee will play a central role ensuring the work of the Administration remains closely aligned with, and best able to support, the work of the Branches.

The Committee will also be crucial in delivering the goals of the Strategic Plan and will be critical to the strategic direction of the Union for the coming years that will return the Union to the democratic control of members as a principled, strong and independent Union.
